At Rostudios we are a dynamic, fast-growing social fitness company specializing in high-quality group classes, Rocycle and Roform. Our mission is to deliver exceptional fitness experiences, and we are seeking a Recruiter who can identify, create rapport, attract, and onboard top-tier talent to help us scale and excel. This role is for 32 hours / 4 days per week.
You do not need to be based in the Netherlands for this role, applications from our studios in Germany and Belgium are also welcome.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process with a primary focus on instructors and HQ positions, from sourcing to onboarding, for new and existing studios.
Participate in the sourcing and onboarding of the studio team in new locations.
Instructor Sourcing: Proactively identify high-performing candidates using job boards, social media and professional networks.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and in new city locations interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, certifications, and cultural fit.
System Improvement: Audit and optimize current recruitment processes, leveraging technology and data to increase efficiency and candidate quality.
Employer Branding: Represent the company as an employer of choice, promoting our culture and values to attract top talent. Refine brand image by upkeeping communication with past and present applicants.
Onboarding: Coordinate and support the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new trainees / instructors.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor recruitment metrics, gather feedback, and implement improvements to ensure our hiring process is fast, effective, and scalable.
Actively collaborate with marketing to ensure that advertisement is published for every new role.
Active linkedin activity, to boost applications and brand awareness in the job market.
Constantly polish current job postings, and email templates, with relevant and updated information.
