Job description
As the Growth Marketer at Rostudios - the world behind Rocycle and Roform - you will play a key role in accelerating our growth across both new and existing markets. You will own initiatives across our core growth pillars: Paid Advertising (Paid Social & Search), CRM & Email Marketing (including automation flows and newsletters), and Performance Optimization.
You will be responsible for managing both customer acquisition and retention strategies, using data-driven insights to scale our community, maximize engagement, and increase customer lifetime value.
Paid Advertising
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok) aligned with commercial and brand objectives.
- Monitor performance metrics and run regular reviews to assess effectiveness and opportunities for optimization.
- Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROAS and ensure efficient spend across markets.
- Create seasonal asset briefs and collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging full-funnel campaign content.
- Identify new paid media opportunities, testing platforms, formats, and targeting strategies to stay ahead of industry trends.
CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to strengthen customer relationships, grow the subscriber base, and drive retention.
- Build segmentation strategies to deliver personalized and timely communications across the lifecycle.
- Set up and optimise email automation flows (welcome, reactivation, loyalty) and targeted campaigns based on customer behaviour.
- Collaborate with the brand marketing team on seasonal email calendars and creative direction.
- Continuously test and optimise subject lines, content, timing, and targeting to improve open, click, and conversion rates.
- Track and analyse KPIs across paid and CRM channels, making data-led recommendations to improve acquisition and retention.
- Use insights to inform creative briefs, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
- Provide regular performance reports to the wider marketing team, highlighting wins and areas for improvement.
